Update Feb 11th

I'm going on a 4 hour walk in the Chilterns tomorrow with the rest of the Serious-Fox team.
Might somehow counteract the half a bag of Bombay Mix I've just eaten.

Weight wise, I've lost about 5 pounds since I started 'training'. Definitely feeling fitter, just by walking a lot more. I'm still averaging about 5 miles a day (if my Fitbit is correct)

Tomorrow will be a good test of fitness with some proper hill walking rather than the streets of London.
